I have used this when my son was just an infant and loved it. But just tonight I used it in his bath and his legs are covered in a huge rash! This product should be taken off the shelves!

My 17 month old son came down with a dual ear infection, sinus congestion, and a touch of the flu. I bought this product because I thought maybe it would ease some of his discomfort and relax him. While in the tub his congestion seemed to let up and he was finally playing easy. The next morning he woke up with horrendous rashes all over body. Face, back, Tummy , legs and even crotch. I at first thought maybe he was having a reaction to his antibiotics but after returning to the doctor for the second time in two days he told me it was a outbreak from some product I had used. The only thing I had changed was giving him a bath in this baby wash. I have never ever seen a baby product do the damage that this has done. highly discourage this product! Do not buy!!!

great for babies with a stuffy nose

i love this product during the cold season. If they have a stuffy nose it will loosen that up so it'll come out. The Dr says it's good not to let it run down his bronchial tubes that can cause pneumonia or other Respiratory infection. I fully recommend this for a baby with a cold

I loved this product until I did research after my son started having increased breathing problems after we started using it. It turns out that Eucalyptus and Menthol are both very dangerous in children under 6, it can actually causing respiratory distress. It seems that among the essential oil crowd it's a well known fact that Eucalyptus and Menthol can cause respiratory distress in infants and young children. I'm really saddened to know that a company that's products are geared toward infants wouldn't have known this or at least done enough research to know about this fact. I won't be using J&J products anymore.

A friend of mine let me borrow some because my four month old got a cold. After being uncomfortable and fussy most of the day, I gave her a bath with this product and within minutes her whole demeanor changed! She was calm, happy, and even slept through the night, even though she had a cold! I would definitely recommend this to everyone I know! Is there a baby lotion with this scent? That would be the icing on the cake if I could find it
