Pump on bottle doesn’t work
I bought this for my grandson and like the smell, however I have tried and tried to use this product but the pump doesn’t work. I just can’t get it to pump out enough soap.
I tried calling you customer line and was on hold for 15 minutes with no response.
Definitely NOT good customer service response.

Smells so good
I’ve been using this on my kids for years. The smell really helps them settle down and relax right before bed. It lathers up really nice & you don’t need a ton of it to wash the baby. I’d definitely recommend.

Smells amazing!
I bought this product a month ago. It smells amazing. My kids love it too. It leaves their hair smelling fresh, and their skin very soft. It has a good smell, not too light, or too strong. It definitely is a product I would purchase again.

Johnson's wash
I love the smell of this, use it every night on both my kids.
Helps the kids go to sleep at bedtime. I love all of it. No improvements needed. Yes I would recommend this to others.
